rural properties with mountain views in the northern part of Greenville and
Spartanburg counties.

homes, mill houses and primary businesses of years gone by while adding a new

place for restaurants and to just hang out. A recent George Clooney movie,

many of them less than five years old. The

To the north of Wade Hampton Boulevard, or State Highway 29,
you’ll find subdivisions, lake front properties, and more rolling terrain as you
progress northward. Lake Robinson and Lake Cunningham are medium size lakes that
have seen some nice developments over the past few years. You can not swim in
Lake Robinson and the horsepower on boats is limited to 10 hp, but the quite and
natural allure is still intoxicating.
As you head further north, a more rural feel to the land is noticeable. Distinct
mountain views and horse properties are stunning. The Cliffs at Glassy and the
new Mountain Park Cliff Community are two of the Cliffs Communities which take
advantage of this natural beauty and provide an idyllic golf course setting in
high end communities.
